The New Barbie Trailer: For The Lovers And The Haters.

The latest trailer for Greta Gerwig’s Barbie has just been released, and it's causing quite the stir. With just six weeks to go until our favourite doll hits the big screen, the hype is greater than ever before.

Following in the footsteps of all the Barbie clips and imagery that has been released to date, the latest trailer has garnered a significant amount of attention from fans - in just ten days, it has racked up an impressive 30 million views.

The very pink and charming trailer sheds more light on the plot’s direction. Warner Bros. describes Barbie Land as a utopia where everything and everyone is perfect. But even in perfection, our heroes face existential crises. We see Barbie, played by Margot Robbie, start to experience some unexpected hiccups and she begins to question life itself. After some fearful hesitation, and a little bit of a push, she decides to take a road trip to the real world, leaving behind her pink Barbie heels for a pair of Birkenstocks. She begins her journey alone, but soon realises she has the unexpected company of Ken, played by Ryan Gosling, who decides to tag along with his rollerblades.

The trailer insists that it will appease all – from the lovers to the haters. So, rest assured, whether you're a die-hard Barbie fan or have mixed feelings about our plastic friend, this highly anticipated blockbuster promises to keep your eyes glued to the big screen.

The trailer treats us to a taste of Barbie’s epic soundtrack, and it is certainly a star-studded affair. It features Dua Lipa’s brand new song, "Dance the Night Away." And if that's not enough, we also get a snippet of Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice covering Aqua's iconic hit, "Barbie World." The soundtrack will also feature Tame Impala, Haim, Charli XCX and many more incredible artists. Mark Ronson, the genius behind so many unforgettable hits, has executive produced the soundtrack. And get this, Ryan Gosling himself will be flexing his vocal cords on a track called "I'm Just Ken." Can you imagine Gosling serenading us as Ken - who could ask for more?

Set for release on July 20th, Barbie is ready to make waves. Mark your calendars for a highly anticipated trip to Barbie Land and beyond.
